Delete your data

Last updated August 2026.

There is no Limber account, and no copy of your survey on any server of ours. Your readings, your datum, your history and your settings are in a database inside the app, on your phone. Deleting the app deletes all of it, immediately, without asking anyone.

That is the whole mechanism, so this page is instructions rather than a form. A button here that claimed to delete something at our end would be theatre.

Delete everything Limber holds

Nothing is recoverable afterwards. There is no cloud backup on our side to restore from, so if you want to keep your history, keep the app.

Sessions you wrote to Apple Health

If you turned Health writing on, the workouts Limber saved live in Apple Health (or Health Connect), not in Limber. Removing the app does not remove them. Delete them in the Health app: BrowseActivityWorkouts, or from ProfileApps and ServicesLimber, where you can also revoke the permission. On Android the equivalent is in Health ConnectApp permissions.

Your subscription

Limber Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting the app does not cancel it. Cancel it where you bought it: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play StoreSubscriptions on Android.

Crash reports and purchase records

The app sends crash diagnostics and purchase events tied to a random installation identifier, never to your name — the app never learns your name. Deleting the app ends that stream, and reinstalling produces a new identifier that cannot be joined to the old one. Records already sent age out on the providers' own retention schedules; the full list of who receives what is on the privacy page. If you want a specific crash report removed, write to hello@musthaveappscorp.com and say roughly when the crash happened.

If you signed in

A sign-in screen exists in Settings for a sync feature that is not built. It is not connected to a live service, so no account can be created and there is nothing at our end holding your email address. If accounts ever ship, this page will gain a self-serve deletion button before they do.
